Returns Policy

At TapesWholesale.com, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with our products and hope you never need to return anything to us. However, in the rare occasion you are not completely happy with your purchase, this Returns Policy explains your rights and how we handle returns.

You have up to 14 days to arrange for a return. If you contact us after this time period, unfortunately we will not be able to offer any refund.

We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee (of the original sale price) on products ordered in error. This will be chargeable at our discretion.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include any promotional gifts or items that were sent with your order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

In the event the item you received was not the one originally advertised when you completed your purchase, we will reimburse you for the cost of returning the item to us.

To complete your return, we require you to email us on info@tapeswholesale.com. Once we receive your email, we will provide an RMA number , which you must enclose with the returned items, and further instructions to process your return.

 

Returning items:

When returning items, please ensure you package the item securely to prevent damage during transit and use an appropriate insured (if required) delivery service. We will not be liable for any items lost or damaged during transit.

When returning please include the following.

  1. Include proof of purchase (e.g., your order confirmation or invoice).
  2. Your RMA number given to you via email.

 

Refunds (if applicable) :

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment,  this may take 5-7 working days to process by the card processing company.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
